Why I Want to Be an Ambassador for Bare Performance Nutrition

I have absolutely fallen in love with Bare Performance Nutrition (BPN) ever since I came across them this past May. After COVID-19 struck and brought with it a nation wide quarantine, I found myself browsing YouTube some nights when I was bored. It was here where I stumbled across Nick Bare’s YouTube channel. I began watching video after video and I was instantly hooked. The man’s passion, determination, discipline, and drive is unlike anyone I’ve ever seen. Nick has transformed his business from a small startup selling supplements out of his college apartment to a rapidly growing eight figure brand today. His success story is one that has taken years to come to fruition, and his relentlessness in wanting to craft the best supplement company in the world is hard not to root for.
After becoming familiar with Nick’s story through his various social media platforms, I began ordering supplements from BPN’s website. I have always loved trying out new supplements from different companies and I was eager to see what Nick Bare brought to the table. I can still remember my first order, Strong Greens and Strong Reds. I had tried multiple greens powders in the past, and I approached BPN’s with caution just as I had the rest because I knew how horrible they could taste. After trying these two supplements for the first time I was completely blown away. It seemed impossible that a greens powder could taste this good, and when it was mixed with the Strong Reds, it was a combination that couldn’t be topped. Since BPN had crafted such amazing supplements in their “Superfood Powerhouse” products, I knew I then had to take a crack at the whey protein powders and pre workouts they had to offer. To no surprise, these were just as amazing.
The quality, safety, and transparency of BPN’s product line are three reasons that I will continue buying from them, and only them, for many years to come. Not to mention, the flavors of every one of their products is spot on. You can tell that countless hours are poured into ensuring that every single product they have to offer is nothing shy of perfection. Their whole product line is also BSCG (Banned Substance Control Group) certified meaning it is free of illegal substances. I think it is amazing that BPN spends the extra time and money to put each one of their products through this process to guarantee that they are all completely safe to use. There are very few companies that would make this sacrifice, but BPN is a company unlike most. They aren't driven by sales, and they aren't pushing out new products that are hot on the market at the moment just to boost profits. They genuinely care about each customer, and they've mentioned several times on the 'Bare Performance Podcast' that each order isn't looked at as just a number, they realize there is a human being behind that order who is interested in improving their health. Not only does this approach to conducting business build trust with their loyal customers, but it allows for each person to have the utmost confidence of knowing exactly what they’re putting into their bodies.
Another reason I admire BPN so much is due to the fact that they have built such an amazing culture within their company. It is extremely evident to see the strong community they have built just by following the company and several of their employees, athletes, and ambassadors on social media, and by listening to their podcast. Every single person, from Nick at the very top, to the employees busting their butts to fulfill orders each day, buys into their motto of “Go One More.” They apply it to everything they do in their work, their training, and their personal lives. They have done a tremendous job of building a team that cares so much about the company and this is why I believe they are experiencing such tremendous growth and success.
After hearing about BPN’s intentions to open up an Ambassador program for their company, I was ecstatic. Since I had just come to discover them in late May, and didn’t receive my first round of supplements until June, I felt I wasn’t ready to apply during their first round of applications. I wanted to learn more about the company and get the chance to use their products before I applied to be an ambassador for them. I made it my goal all summer long to absolutely get after it in the weight room so that I could be ready come August when they reopened the application process. I spent so much time focusing on developing myself physically that when it came time to apply in August, I felt completely unprepared with what they were looking for in the application process. My social media presence wasn’t strong enough, I didn’t have a personal website or blog, and I didn’t have a YouTube channel. I really didn’t do myself any favors of providing myself with a good platform to tell my story to Daniel Clanton, BPN’s Director of Business Operations who oversees the ambassador program. After a couple brutal weeks of eagerly waiting to hear a response back from the BPN team, I was disappointed to find out that I didn’t make the cut. Even though it hurt to know that I came up short of my goal, I knew this wasn’t the last time BPN would hear of me. I’m more locked in and focused than I’ve ever been in my entire life and I know for a fact that I will be an ambassador for BPN someday. The first round of applications was a great learning experience for me and it showed me what I needed to improve on come October 1st when applications open back up.
I know I have what it takes to be an ambassador for BPN. I live out the "Go One More" motto in my life every single day and I know I would do a phenomenal job of portraying the company’s values and beliefs that they search for in all of their employees, athletes, and ambassadors. I want nothing more than to be a part of their amazing family and I won’t stop until I get the chance to. Even though I know this is not their main concern, I do know for a fact that I can drive sales to the company as an ambassador. I joke around with my family and friends saying that I’m already an ambassador for them because I have people reaching out to me all the time asking about their products and needing recommendations on what they should try. I’m also a leader in a close knit community at Anderson University. I have over forty baseball players on my team who trust me and look to me for guidance, and I know they’d be more than willing to support me on this journey by buying from BPN and using my discount code. On a small college campus where word travels fast, I would easily have the ability to reach out to any other sports team who looks for supplements to support their training regimen and steer them towards BPN.
If BPN were to consider me to be an ambassador for their company, they’re going to get somebody who goes the extra mile in everything they do. Once I’m selected into this program I’m not going to stop. I won’t be content just becoming an ambassador, that's just the first step. This opportunity would push me to be so much better than I already am now and allow me to continually search for new ways to improve myself, and help others on a daily basis. By having the ability to interact with the group of talented, inspiring, and hard working individuals who are already involved with this brand would allow so much potential for personal growth and that gets me so fired up just thinking about it. Take a chance on me BPN, I promise you won’t regret it.
